- Baitoo Platform: Baitoo operates the website and app that allow you to book services or buy products from our Partners (such as salons, spas, and beauticians). Baitoo acts only as a facilitator; the actual services and products are provided by our Partners.
- Booking and Payment: When you book a service or purchase a product via Baitoo, the contract is directly between you and the Partner. We only facilitate your payment and appointment through our platform. Payments made via Baitoo are collected on behalf of the Partner, and once you pay, your obligation to the Partner is fulfilled.
- Partner Services: The services or products you book or buy are provided by our Partners, not Baitoo. We are not responsible for the quality or delivery of the services or products. If you have an issue with a Partner, you can contact us at hello@Baitoo.com, and we will try to help.
- Changes and Cancellations: If you want to reschedule, cancel an appointment, or return a product, check the Partner’s specific terms. You can handle this directly through the Baitoo platform or by contacting the Partner.
- Account Deactivation: Baitoo may deactivate your account for breaches of our Terms of Service, inappropriate behavior, or other violations. This includes abuse towards our staff or Partners, or excessive cancellations and no-shows.
- Tips and Payments: You may tip Partners through the Baitoo platform after your appointment. Tips are entirely at your discretion, and 100% goes to the Partner.
- Product Orders: If you order products through Baitoo, remember that the Partner is responsible for the product’s delivery, quality, and any return policies. Baitoo does not sell these products directly, and issues with products should be addressed with the Partner.
- Liability: Baitoo’s liability is limited to acting as the intermediary for your bookings and payments. We are not responsible for any loss related to the actual Partner services or products.
- Communication: By using Baitoo, you agree to receive communications regarding your orders, payments, or appointments. This includes text messages and emails, which may also contain promotional content.
- Governing Law: In the United States, these Terms of Service will be governed by U.S. law. You may have additional legal rights under U.S. consumer protection laws.
